Important Information for Applicants

Who Can Apply

Breez offers loans to both Australian and overseas residents.  Loans are secured by a first mortgage over suitable residential property situated in Australia.  Loans may be used for worthwhile personal or business purposes as well as property purchase and refinance.   However all loans must be secured by residential property and provide us  with a first registered mortgage.

Information Required for Your Application

You will need the following information for each loan applicant:

• Occupation and income details;
• Details of your combined assets, liabilities and repayments;
• Details about the property you want to purchase or refinance, its purchase price or value; and
• Your personal details, which will remain private.

The Application Process

Once you have completed and submitted your application we will contact you within 24 hours or within the next business day to advise you of your eligibility or if any further information is required to complete assessment.   Please refer to the Loan Process for what happens next.
